• Handling all aspects of foreclosure cases, including legal research, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in court
• Conducting a thorough review of foreclosure files and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
• Negotiating settlements and resolutions with opposing parties
• Collaborating with the internal team to provide guidance and support on foreclosure matters

Responsibilities
Draft documents related to plaintiff's foreclosure cases (similar to mortgage foreclosures)
Compose Lis pendens documents
Prepare summons and complaints
Draft and oppose motions associated with a typical foreclosure
Write correspondence regarding assigned files
Make court appearances
Facilitate client communication

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience in mortgage foreclosures
Must be admitted in the State of New York
