BLCSE Technical Integration and Configuration Control (TICC) Simulation System Engineer/Integrator (SSEI)
Valiant Integrated Services is seeking qualified SEEI to join its support effort within the Joint Army Modelling and Simulation
Directorate (JAMSD) in the Army Capabilities Integration Center (ARCIC). Qualified candidates will support the Battle
Lab Collaborative Simulation Environment (BLCSE) support effort at Fort Leavenworth, KS and Fort Benning, GA. Within the Technical Integration and
Configuration Control (TICC) Cells.
The mission of the JAMSD within the CDLD is to:
Serve as the TRADOC lead and cross domain coordinator for modeling and simulation
(M&S).
Provide staff management of M&S support to concept development and learning,
requirements determination, and capabilities integration.
Lead and manage the use and development of the TRADOC-wide distributed M&S asset,
Battle Lab Collaborative Simulation Environment (BLCSE).
The BLCSE:
Is a distributed and collaborative M&S environment that enables Concept and
Capabilities Development across TRADOC and the Army.
Currently connects over 20 sites, operating at up to the SECRET classification level, on
a closed, restricted, encrypted network established on the Defense Research and
Engineering Network (DREN).
Qualifications and Education. Qualifications may vary slightly by location. Position qualifications
generally include:
Familiarity with OneSAF or other Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) Simulation
Background and familiarity with Linux Operating System (CentOS/Redhat desirable)
Experience with software testing and software test plan procedures
Demonstrated experience in constructive simulations
Demonstrated familiarity with Army and Joint doctrine and operations
Bachelors Degree required; Masters Degree preferred
Current Secret Security Clearance
Experience with DI2E JIRA desirable
