Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Experience facilitating sessions with IT and Business SMEs/Leads to review and document key business processes for review/development of quick tips/standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various ERP systems (NAV, Odoo, etc.)
- Ability to gather requirements, develop necessary documentation, and deliver.
- Expertise in assist with developing/documenting project methodology policy/procedure documentation as well as methodology.
Responsibilities:
- We have some initial documentation, but it will need to be reviewed for completeness and accuracy.
- Once documentation is complete, resource will work with PM and IT to develop solutions for providing dynamic access to the documentation so users can be self-sufficient with document retrieval.
- Resource will be paired with PM to drive documentation/testing/implementation for key projects
- Resource will assist with developing/documenting project methodology policy/procedure documentation as well as methodology
