Cardiac Anesthesiologist

Position Overview: A Private Practice Anesthesia Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing anesthesia services to patients undergoing a wide range of cardiac, regional, vascular, thoracic, OB, pediatric, neuro, trauma, and outpatient procedures.

Salary and Benefits:

• Negotiable salary based on experience, ranging from $500,000 to $600,000 per year.
• Full benefits package including paid malpractice insurance, health insurance, life and disability insurance, retirement benefits, CME opportunities, and six weeks of vacation time.
• Performance-based bonuses and incentives available after completion of the initial three-year shareholder track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing cardiac and related procedures, ensuring optimal patient comfort and safety.
• Manage perioperative care for assigned patients, including pre-operative assessment, intraoperative anesthesia administration, and post-operative monitoring and pain management.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including weekday and weekend calls, to provide anesthesia coverage for emergent cases
• 40 Hour work week, that is including the call.

Qualifications:

• Board eligibility or certification by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA).
• Completion of a cardiac anesthesia fellowship program.
