As a Senior Manager - SQL Development, a typical day might include the following:
- Management, development and maintenance of Decision Support database
- Validate, QC, aggregate data for analysis
- Create and maintain RFM segmentation
- Work with Data Solutions team to recommend data enhancements
- Create automated procedure in SQL to automate data updates, reports and dashboards
- Creating monthly/weekly/daily dashboards and variance reports
- Provide ad hoc analysis
- Run monthly model scoring updates
- Work with marketers to fix campaign data issues.
- Identifying, analyzing and interpreting business trends, risks, and opportunities and making appropriate recommendations to marketing managers
- Plus, other interesting and challenging tasks that may arise to contribute to the success of Healthy Directions
This opportunity might be for you if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in database management, development and maintenance
- Expertise with SQL programming
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/business or related field
- Direct-to-consumer marketing experience
- Strong knowledge of Excel formulas, macros and pivot tables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
