Job description

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3 to 5 years in .Net Development
• .Net, C#, ASP.Net, SQL
• Strong Experience on development of software frameworks e.g. test automation suites using .Net
• Good exposure to web development
• Working experience in Iterative Agile Methodologies (SCRUM)
• Mandatory Technical Skills -Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Development against Microsoft Office OM framework
• Desirable Technical Skills -COM development in .Net
• Experienced in leading, managing teams at offshore/onsite
• Excellent exposure to Software development methodology
• Experience working in SCRUM methodology
• Proven sense of high accountability and self-drive to take on and see through big challenges
• Confident, takes ownership, willingness to "do what it takes" to get the job done
• Excellent verbal communications and cross group collaboration skills
• Mandatory Functional Skills Great problem solving skills
• Desirable Functional Skills Should be well versed in SDLC(Software Development Life Cycle) and SCRUM or similar Agile implementation methodologies and with a solid track record of meeting SIT milestones on time
• Total Experience Required 3+ years"
