Responsibilities/Job Duties:

• Work with key project stakeholders to establish project scope
• Create and manage a project plan
• Track project tasks and milestones to ensure project delivers on time and with quality
• Manage project changes
• Report on project's progress as required by management.
• Identify and manage risks and issues
• Report frequently on project status, and risks/issues
• Escalate issues as required
• Work with other project managers to track and manage inter-project dependencies
• Work with lead engineer and management to set project specific budget
• Forecast spend rates based on the project budget
• Manage within budgetary objectives set by manager, monitoring and controlling costs within functional area
• Conduct project team meetings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated experience of leading technical teams diverse, fast-paced environments
• Proven experience meeting large deliverables with fixed and aggressive deadlines
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills

Minimum Requirements

• BS in technical field
• 6+ years PM experience
• Proven collaborator
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Preferred Requirements:

• PMP Desired
