Job Description

Provide clinical oversight of behavioral services in a private pay model serving individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral disorders. Consumers will vary in age from Children to adults.

The BCBA conducts functional behavioral analysis, generates related behavioral plans, and ensures the effective implementation of all in-home treatment and programming for clients of Gateways Autism Center.

Qualifications

MA plus 2 years related post graduate experience in related field
Current Board Certification Behavioral Analyst
Training and experience is Applied Behavioral Analysis applications
Early Childhood, Autism and/or special needs experience
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
Aptitude to identify specific approaches or strategies that must be implemented to reach realistic objectives/goals.
Enjoys working collaboratively and in a team environment
Written and verbal communication skills; the ability to effectively advocate ideas and influence internal and external audiences.
Possess reliable transportation, valid drivers' license and applicable vehicle insurance for business travel.
