Job Description

Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure.NET applications and systems.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. Guide and influence technical decisions and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders, to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with architectural standards.
Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve application performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that may arise during development or in production environments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
