This role provides Oracle HCM consulting or managed support for QC customers. As part of this role, the consultant will implement Oracle HCM modules or enhance/support existing Oracle Cloud HCM customer solution. The Oracle HCM Functional Consultant is a key role in the success of overall project delivery.
Experience
2+ years of relevant experience. Experience in Oracle Cloud is required; EBS, Taleo or PeopleSoft is a plus.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Engineering
- Ability to solve problems and work independently
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage tasks
- Willing to travel up to 50%
- Authorized to work in US
Duties
- Perform the following activities for QC's HCM projects
- Ability to demonstrate Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities and gather system requirements
- Create functional design for technical objects
- Review technical design
- Build functional design in the application
- Troubleshoot issues with functional configuration
- Lead data conversion activities and error analysis
- Conduct application design review
- Create test scripts and lead testing events
- Emerging Technologies
- Review Oracle roadmap for new application features and modules
- Train up on new modules
- Build prototypes utilizing new features
- Review and update existing solution library to take advantage of emerging technologies
- Create internal documentation for training
- Conduct internal training sessions
- QC Products
- Look for opportunities to productize existing solutions
- Participate in QC product development activities
- Create product design document
- Participate in development lifecycle
- Unit test new products/enhancements
- Create and update product documentation
