Position Summary
Assume the role of principal owner/manager of assigned products through all phases of the product lifecycle needed to deliver products to *** and commercial market. Develop product strategies by conducting market research, generating product requirements, determining specifications and developing marketing strategies. Deliver a product vision that connects customer feedback, performance metrics, enterprise and technology strategy and competitive benchmarking. Demonstrate the companys core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Minimum Position Qualifications
Knowledge and practical experience of agile software development methodologies, values, principles, and practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
Ability to coach/empower a team to reach their highest potential

Key Responsibilities:
Manage product profit & loss and all timetables to ensure consistent on-time, on-budget results
Manage all technical aspects of product through product lifecycle
Work directly and indirectly with vendors and third parties to ensure execution of deliverables
Create, maintain and communicate product catalog and technology roadmaps, including near-term delivery and 3-5-year product evolution, to engage stakeholders across the organization and commercial market
Identify, measure and improve key product catalog metrics to enhance the customer experience, and create a compelling, relevant product vision using web metrics, customer loyalty/insights, customer feedback/research and internal operational metrics
Set criteria for minimum viable product to increase the speed/frequency with which enhancements and new capabilities are delivered
Lead and motivate a technology project team, while maintaining and building positive relationships and partnerships
Provide cost estimates for proposed projects independently or through collaboration with subject matter experts.
Travel when needed to support the product initiatives
Responsible for the planning, roadmap and communication for the Data Management Platform (DMP), ***s Enterprise Data Lake in Azure
