Job Title: Project Manager with Single Sign-On Experience
Location: Devon, PA
Duration: Long-term Contract
Role Summary:
To provide business support of Web based services (Single Sign On, Aggregation) offered to the full service marketplace. Helps define the overall strategy with business clients, marketing and systems integration, and supports technology improvement efforts. Works with internal and external teams to provide business solutions for clients.
Skills Required:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Minimum three years of business experience required (with a minimum of one year related work experience involving Institutional client contact).
Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit experience preferred.
Project management and presentation skills required. Knowledge of project management methodologies preferred (Kanban and Agile)
Proven client service, negotiation, and client management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
Ability to understand and communicate both business and technical and non-technical information to various levels of management within internal and external organizations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Skills by Service:
Single Sign On-related skills
Understanding of networking concepts
Firewalls and IP addressing schemes
Comfortable working with XML files
Client data experience with knowledge of recordkeeping system; understanding of how client data impacts services
Ability to lead debugging efforts to establish connections
Communication skills: position technical concepts to non-technical audiences and translate business needs to IT audience
Project management: juggle multiple technology-oriented projects to ensure deliverables are completed by deadlines.
Aggregation-related skills:
Intimate understanding of the Data Transmission Services (DTS) incoming file setup process
Familiarity with Single File Format (SFF)
Ability to assist with debugging incoming files
Ability to consult and find creative solution to accommodate needs of client within framework of the aggregation solution
Communication skills: position technical concepts to non-technical audiences and translate business needs to IT audience
Project management: juggle multiple technology-oriented projects to ensure deliverables are completed by deadlines.
