Description:
Summary:
This is a key leadership role with responsibility for all work performed under specific task orders. The PM will be the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer Representative and Valiant leadership. Provide day to day oversight and assignment of personnel managing workload, and delivery of all contract services required by the contract at an acceptable quality, cost and time. Reports on the technical progress of project and task related activities as directed. Conduct PMRs, provide written Monthly Contract Status Reports. Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and production of all activities associated with assigned task order projects.
Requirements:
Active Top-Secret clearance required/ DOJ experience preferred
Master's Degree or equivalent experience as a Project Manager, with an emphasis on oversight of multiple projects that emphasize analytical processes and legal assistance, training, and recruitment
A minimum of five years of experience as a Project Manager of similar projects is required.
Management of similar projects under Federal Government sponsorship is preferred.
10+ years of supervisory experience required
Demonstrated experience in managing task orders comparable in size and complexity
Experience managing and overseeing integrated teams of Reginal Directors, Agency Managers, and Project Directors
Demonstrates proven skills in those technical areas addressed by the task order to be managed
Demonstrates effective leadership skills and written and oral communication skills
Preferred Experience in or with the below agencies:
Department of Justice:
1) Criminal Division, Money Laundering and Asset Recovery Section (MLARS)
2) Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
3) Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)
4) U.S. Attorney's Offices (USAO) including the Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA)
5) U.S. Marshals Service (USMS)
6) Justice Management Division (JMD), Asset Forfeiture Management Staff
7) Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF)
8) Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF)
9) United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS)
10) Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
11) Department of Health and Human Services, Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
