Campus Recruiting Program Manager
The client has an exciting opportunity for a Campus Recruiting Program Manager to act as client's liaison with universities, develop a University Relations Program, and assist with campus recruiting activities in conjunction with our Technical Cooperation Department. As a Campus Recruiting Program Manager, you will help develop strategies to facilitate relations with various universities across the country to include enhancing on-campus initiatives, i.e. networking events, tech talks, panels, information sessions, career centers, faculty, students groups etc. Your responsibilities include attending and hosting college career days and college career fairs, interacting with students and promoting the client brand, building and maintaining good relationships with universities and other educational institutions. You will maintain close relationships to collaborate with client's HQ and local business leaders, HRBPs to understand needs, systems, and processes and demonstrate best practices. Ultimately, you will ensure we attract and hire high-potential employees and build a strong client brand among University communities. Since University relations tends to be more cyclical in nature, you will have the opportunity to enrich the work life of these hires with Learning and Development opportunities while they are with the client.
There will also be HR Operation oriented projects for exposure to the total HR Operations at the client site.

Requirements:
- A college BS degree minimally.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of prior work experience in University Recruiting/University Relations
- Prior L&D experience and HR operational background is preferred
- Ability to speak, read and type Business Mandarin is a must.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines while multi-tasking and prioritizing and in a high volume/fast paced environment.
- Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong networking abilities and excellent communication & organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with little direction
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and take ownership for tasks.
