Prior Fusion HCM experience. Prior Sales experience. Must be located in the Midwest region of the US.

Business Development Manager Job Duties:
- Locates or proposes potential software and software implementation deals by contacting potential customers and partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Screens potential software implementation deals by analyzing opportunity requirements, potential, and financials.
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by examining risks and potentials.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities that add value and profit to the organization.
- Writes Statements of Work or responds to RFQ/RFI/RFP that address the opportunity requirements and goals.
