Description:
Provide Emergency Medical Services to patients in the Emergency Department. Medically stabilize those in-hospital patients who require resuscitation or emergency treatment, in the absence of their private physicians. Abide by all regulations of Hospital, as well as the Hospital Bylaws. This includes but is not limited to, timely and thorough completion of medical records, timely and proper dispensation of medical care to all patients, and regular updating of medical credentials as required. Develop and sustain professional relationships within the medical community through the performance of additional responsibilities including teaching, serving on committees, and public outreach activities.
Skills & Requirements
- ATLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required
- Prefer BC/BE EM, dual IM/PD, or FM with experience
