Technical Deployment Project Manager: Twin Cities Region
- Base/work out of PMO office located at 10 River Park Plaza St Paul, MN and Engineering at 2611 Fairview Ave N Roseville, MN, with a dotted line report to Region PMO Director and Engineering Management.
- Functionally reports to NVDE (National Video Deployment Engineering) manager based out of Centennial, CO.
- Managing video centric projects that include but are not limited to NVDE initiated programs.
- Act as a partner and liaison for the Region/Division and NVDE working side by side with employees in the Region that are not part of NVDE.
- Regular interface and facilitation of activities with a variety of cross functional teams in a highly complex matrix organization.
- Requires solid technical understanding of Cable/Broadband technology with a strong focus on video.
- Requires solid communication/interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic and actionable focus on evolving NVDE's partnership with the West Division as a whole.
- Role includes interfacing with various project team managers both in NVDE and in the field requiring ongoing priority alignment and status updates.
- Manage clear and concise project plans (Workfront - formerly AtTask) and ensure data integrity for automatically generated database reporting.
- Facilitate the transition (when approved) of all Region Engineering projects from spreadsheet to Workfront portfolio management.
- Ensures that all project intake, end to end management and rules of engagement with the West Division and NVDE are followed.
- Closely manage scope and ensure that projects are well defined and scope change process is properly followed.
