10+ years of IT experience with project management experience
t least 5+ years of Application Security Experience
2+ years of Secure DevOps experience
bility to lead a team of Application Security Experts
Knowledge and exposure to Application Security Standards such as OWASP and SANS Top 25
DAST and SAST experience especially using automated scanners such as IBM Appscan and Checkmarks
bility to elucidate the security vulnerabilities found to various stakeholders and articulate its implications
Good exposure and Development experience around Java and J2EE
Knowledge of scripting experience using technologies such as Javascript, jnode and jQuery
Coordinate with internal Cisco Stakeholders to capture Security Requirements
bility to translate captured Security Requirements into Design Principles for the Application Security Developers
Maintain Project Statuses and Dashboards
Identify, capture and collate Security Metrics to measure the overall health of the project
Coordinate and Manage communication /meetings with Product Companies (like IBM) for open issues
