Role: Sales Director:

Location: USA, California, San Jose - 95110

Job Description:
5+ years of consultative B2B selling experience in the Enterprise Software/Services environment specifically high-tech manufacturing, BFSI industry
Hungry hunter mentality
(Preferred) 3 years of SalesForce experience
Proven track record of working in a fast-paced team-oriented, sales-driven environment
Full life-cycle consultative sales experience, from first call to close, including technical demonstrations and independently leading needs analysis workshops with prospects
History of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quota of $3MM and more as a highly motivated individual
Proven ability to build a sales pipeline through relationships
Strong understanding of innovative technologies, preferably cloud technologies
Strong relationship and history of working with Salesforce sales reps.
Experience with Channel Management and the ability to manage channel partners

What You Will Be Doing
Manage a full-lifecycle consultative sales process
Cultivate leads by building relationships with Salesforce, and with other enterprise level decision-makers
Assess a customer's process and technology challenges, internal capabilities to solve problems, and align them with solution offerings
Demonstrate how our solution solves a customer's needs
Leverage Salesforce religiously to manage your sales process including forecasting, collaborating with team members, tracking activity, and reporting on deal progression.
