o Over all 12+ yrs of IT experience including min of 5 yrs as Technical lead in WebPortal development using sitecore
o Understanding website and CMS implementation - want to see examples from previous work
o Understand content upstream and downstream systems, dependencies -CMPS, DAMs, PIMs
o PI integrations - knowledge of best practices in GWS, hosting
o Communicate and talk to multiple audiences - cross team leadership experience
o Ecommerce experience, user experience nice to have
o Look for profiles on web development - content management systems. Azure deployment experience required. sitecore preferred not mandate.
