Program Manager
Location: Baltimore MD/ Owings Mills MD
Duration: 1 year
This position is responsible for driving the end to end process of these due diligence meetings by monitoring and communicating on the program strategy and execution. The person in this role will work to strategically align the sales, marketing, business management and investment activities to streamline areas of responsibility and maximize the resources associated with these engagements.
Strategic program oversight:
This position will be responsible for driving the strategic end to end process of the due diligence programs by proactively engaging sales, marketing, business management and investments in order to deliver on the program objectives.
Develop project plans and monitor the program workstreams to track progress against milestones. Hold workstream leads accountable for delivering key components on schedule. Escalate areas of concern or areas at risk to core working team and program sponsor.
Coordinate working sessions and provide on-going communications around program updates from kick-off to completion to key stakeholders and core team members. Provide communications to sales team on upcoming activities, key client information, and pre/post activities.
Leading Program Workstreams:
This position will be accountable and responsible for key due diligence workstreams including strategy, client communications, stakeholder communications, and experience. In concert with working team members, develop and execute the tactics aligned to these workstreams. Provide oversight to associates assigned to these workstreams to ensure elements are delivered on time and in scope.
Develops and maintains deep relationships with internal clients/stakeholders, and external client counterparts:
The associate will identify and build relationships with appropriate associates and groups needed to bring the due diligence programs to life. The building of these relationships will help enable the incumbent to leverage and influence these resources to meet timelines, make trade-offs, and manage expectations.
This individual will provide oversight of the associated resources for the due diligence programs in order to ensure milestones and project deliverables are completed on time and in scope.
