Description:

MGC Roofing and Construction is looking for an ambitious, results-driven and career oriented commercial service sales representative to actively seek out and engage potential commercial roofing clients.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Present, promote and sell roofing products/services to prospective accounts
  • Achieve agreed upon monthly sales & revenue goals
  • Utilize an account based, consultative approach to determine correct requirements and qualify specific opportunities
  • Establish, nurture, and grow direct customer relationships (owners, asset managers, property managers, facility managers, building engineers, roof consultants)
  • Reach out to customer leads through pipeline development, cold calling as wells as maintaining relationships with established accounts
  • Update SalesForce CRM and Sales opportunity pipeline daily
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Complete and adopt in-house STG Sales Accelerator training
  • Attend weekly sales meetings, training events and mandatory Tuesday STG coaching calls.
  • Represent the MGC Vision, Mission and Values - Promote the company brand in the marketplace
  • Achieve all minimum average sales based activities KPI's & accurately report each Monday
  • Grow in technical knowledge - both industry-general and project-specific
  • Execute daily activities to assure your sales pipeline has adequate opportunities to meet sales goal


Skills
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative with willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and Teams
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Must be comfortable getting on the roof to inspect
  • We will provide training for the right candidate


Compensation: $100,000.00 + per year (mix of base salary plus commission)
