Mobile Device Manager
Long-term positions
Must be on-site minimum of 2 days / week at Jersey City.
Must have excellent communication skills and be pro-active
- currently 4800 devices in InTune database
- must be an expert in MDM and architecture (50-50 mix)
- be able to assist SCCM team in rolling out packages and updates
- will support mostly iOS (both phones and tablets) and Android devices
- will manage device configuration policies
- will report on the security and patch levels of devices and manage according to required patch level
- will work with various 3rd party vendors and engage with them to open tickets, deal with technical issues, etc. May be Samsung, Telecommunication, Apple, etc
- must understand how these integrate into InTune
