Engineering Manager

Position Summary: A hands-on leader, this role has experience as a senior software engineer, but is capable of leading and managing a high-performance team of 3-8 developers. You'll need to be a doer and a manager mentoring a team and communicating across other departments.

Requirements:

• Senior Software Engineering Experience
• Experience managing engineering/developer teams
• Experience in scaled SaaS environments
• DevOps experience in AWS environment

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with RoR
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL preferably Postgres
• iOS/Swift, Android/Java

Salary: $175-210k
Location: Irvine, CA - 100% Remote ok
Team: 600 total employees, ~60 in tech team
