Milwaukee Area New Home Sales Professional

We provide a generous commission plan and all-inclusive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401k match.
This role is solely commission-based and it is anticipated (after approximately one year) to achieve a $125,000 - $300,000+ in commission. While in training, you will receive a set salary for your first 3 months.

Responsibilities
Adhere to Model Home Staff Hours Friday - Tuesday 12-5 pm (weekends required). Hours on the job range from 50-60+ hours a week
Attend all team meetings and provide insight to Sales and Marketing Management on improving sales performance and customer satisfaction
Follow the Tim O'Brien Homes Sales Process, maintaining a complete understanding of all contract documentation, financing process and options, and minimum standards as detailed in Sales Training
Provide outstanding customer service at all stages of the construction process - from the sale, to close, to post-close interactions. Maintain an Avid customer satisfaction rating in the top 10% in the US
Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with past and present customers, as well as future prospects to ensure that you are effectively leveraging that opportunity toward obtaining customer referrals
Demonstrate initiative to problem-solve customer journey management concerns throughout the sales and construction process, attending various customer orientations and construction updates
Qualifications
High achievement drive and the ability to work independently
Coachability and commitment to self-improvement
Ability to establish and nurture trust with Customers, Trade Partners, and Employees
Adaptability in dynamic market conditions
With training, the ability to read and comprehend detailed construction blueprints, specifications, and basic development drawings in addition to redlining plans
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Windows, Outlook (email), Microsoft Teams, Zoom. With training, Blue beam/Revit Skills, HubSpot
Must have a valid Real Estate License in the State of Wisconsin or be willing to obtain one within the first 60 days
