REQUIRED qualifications include:

8-10 Years of experience as EmTech Project Manager. Recommended to have strong experiences with running digital Healthcare/Innovations Hub and Hackathons

Non-Technical Skills

• Must have 6-8 Years of Pharma experience
• Experience leading Hackathons and Innovations workshops
• Experience of managing multiple vendors
• Ability and experience to manage Business and Technology stakeholders
• Experience in Pharma commercials and R&D
• Understanding of latest technology trends and their applicability
• Good Communication and Leadership skills

Desired Skills

• Understands the digital health andemerging technologieslandscape in Pharma Domain
• Ability to listen, understand and facilitate innovation
• Excellent communication and relational skills required.
• Must have a focus on customer satisfaction
• Must be able to work independently with little direction/supervision

• Good understanding of Startups/Innovation methodology
