Overview: The Expert Lead Integrator is the driving force behind seamless integration in our organization. They provide crucial support to the Government, ensuring that engineering activities flow smoothly across different departments and projects. __ Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Government Office/Division Chiefs to assess, document, and track new engineering requirements.
- Facilitate technical exchange meetings (TEMs) to keep both Government and Contractor teams informed about systems engineering and integration activities.
- Support Government resource planning, coordination, and analysis.
- Coordinate project schedules to achieve strategic objectives.
- Plan and lead major systems engineering Program Reviews and Control Gate Reviews, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.
- Assist in document preparation related to systems engineering and integration activities.
- Provide oversight for change management, ensuring resource alignment and skillset adjustments.
__ Requirements:
- 18+ years of experience in engineering, design, and analysis of IT or related systems.
- US Citizenship.
- Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) Security Clearance issued by the US Government.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM field, or equivalent Expert level work experience as a Lead Integrator.
- Expertise in engineering, design, and analysis throughout all phases of development, with the ability to develop standards and guidelines.
- Expert-level experience in government or industry, particularly in the DoD/IC Acquisition Process or PPBES.
__ Desired Skills:
- Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering, including processes, tools, and languages.
- Certification in Software Development Framework.
- Experience with integrating solutions using Cloud-based technologies.
- Experience with integrating solutions using structured and unstructured Big Data.
- Proficiency in integrating solutions using Automation, Augmentation, and Artificial Intelligence technologies.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle.
