WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

nventive is currently seeking to fill a position of Account Manager at our Montreal or Quebec City campuses.

As an Account Manager, you will be the keeper of the project vision, the client representative for our internal teams, and the reference for both the development team and the client in terms of strategic directions and digital design best practices. You will work across departments to create innovative products that meet the client's business objectives.

You will need to be aware of best practices in various fields (marketing, social media, UX, UI, SEO, etc.), and understand the different facets of a technology project.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accompany and advise the client to maximize their investment
  • Advise the client to help them achieve their business objectives
  • Define the product and scope with the client
  • Build the roadmap with the client
  • Define priorities in terms of features to be developed
  • Identify and manage risks
  • Create and communicate changes to the epics in the backlog
  • Act as a bridge between the client and the team
  • Collaborate with the strategy department, software architects, business analysts, UX/UI, etc.
  • Communicate with the client and management to ensure visibility on the project (progress, budget)
  • In collaboration with the Scrum Master and the PCO, ensure that the budget and production schedule are respected
  • Prepare project invoicing with the PCO
  • Put in place the necessary means to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain the client portfolio, be on the lookout and raise common business opportunities
  • Participate in the preparation and drafting of contracts
  • Follow up on unresolved assignment requests and provisional assignments


WHAT YOU NEED

  • 5 years' experience of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other relevant background or equivalent experience.
  • Mobilizing leadership
  • Good organizational skills and thoroughness
  • Good communication skills
  • Good judgment
  • Customer service oriented
  • Autonomous and proactive
  • Ease in dealing with change
  • Logical mind
  • Bilingualism in French and English (written and oral)
