- 10+ years' experience in Solution/Architecture
- Have previously led technical and project teams
- Experience with Cisco ACI and ISE
- Experience with Cloud Networking
- Experience with SDN and SDWAN deployment
- Experience with Customer Contact Center technologies, and UC is desirable
- Experience estimating work efforts for data center projects
Qualifications :
- Good hands-on and Subject matter expert (SME) in 1 or more of the following:
- Data and Voice networks
- Cloud Networking
- Cisco ACI, Cisco ISE, SDN, SDWAN
- LAN, WAN, WLAN technologies, Network Security.
- Data Center Operations
- Application transport and Network infrastructure protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, QoS etc)
- Knowledge of SCADA networks
- Satellite, Cellular, Radio and Microwave communications
- Network routers, switches, F5 load balancers, LAN accelerators, Firewalls
- Collaboration tools (Webex, Zoom, MS Teams)
- Experience with Customer Contact center and Cisco / Avaya voice technologies
- SBC, VOIP / SIP
- Knowledge of Genesys and NICE applications
- Knowledge of IVR & soft phones.
