ICON Aircraft is seeking a Program Manager to join our team with a focus in Engineering and Production coordination. The position will be in our Vacaville, CA location, and will actively work with various teams at ICON, including the Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Certification, Sales and more. This role will operate in a fast paced, demanding, and rewarding environment with high expectations for individual contribution.

ICON Aircraft is seeking a Program Manager to join our team with a focus in Engineering and Production coordination. Responsibilities
- Work closely with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to develop and maintain project timelines.
- Understand how different projects interlink and overlap.
- Coordinate cost, schedule, technical issues and risk resolution.
- Collaborate with program teams to define scope of work, to develop and update schedules and resource allocation.
- Evaluate project schedule progress and performance and identify developing problem areas.
- Analyze critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to schedule.
- Conduct analysis to determine alternative courses of action or recovery on slipped schedules.
- Conduct multi-disciplinary program reviews throughout the different phases of development and production as required to coordinate and communicate projects.
- Present and report on project status to the Executive Team.
- Facilitate implementation of new processes and improvements.
- Ensure that relevant standards, processes, and regulations are upheld.
- Facilitate communication, discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
- Be flexible.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience with responsibility for project scheduling and management.
- Expertise in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, etc.
- Demonstrated experience with product life cycles and change processes, financial aspects of project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to details.
- Demonstrated experience in the simultaneous management of multiple high-paced projects.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
