Test Manager - Majesco or Guidewire or Duckcreek
Location: Atlanta GA
Duration: 4 months CTH

Job Description:

Key activities include, but not limited to:

• Accountable for overall Test and Bugs management, including Test planning, design, execution & Test closure.
• Direct offshore testing team on daily task priorities and communicate Test progress and blockers.
• Guide/clarify offshore team on requirements, designing Test scenarios as needed
• Coordinate/Manage scheduling and execution of automated smoke and regression test
• Provide technical support to automated testing activities (design and optimization)
• Focus on removing Test blockers
• Perform testing at on-site for any critical items, on-demand
• Manage, monitor, and report on Test execution progress
• Timely identifies and escalates any Testing issues for resolution
• Identify risks and management of the implementation of countermeasures
• Weekly and monthly status reporting to the project and program stakeholders
• Ensure key lessons learned are integrated into future Test Plans
• Produce the Test Plan and other pertinent materials for the Project/Release as applicable
• Manage expectations through targeted communications to all key stakeholders

• Strong Delivery and Planning skills (projects more delivery confidence and offers solutions to challenges)
• Strong in Leading the team and coordinating with various IT and Business stakeholders
• Strong Communication Skills
• Insurance domain (Billing and Policy) knowledge is a must-have.
• Experience with at least one - Majesco or Guidewire or Duckcreek
