Work with Project team, and IT partners in delivering solutions and troubleshooting technical issues during integration, migration of custom components.
Ability to analyze issues and provide recommendations to project team and provide knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
Hands on experience in installation / patching / configuration of various IBM FileNet suite of products including (but not limited to) FileNet Content Manager 5.2.1, Workplace 4.0.2, IBM Content Navigator 2.0.3+/3.0
Sound knowledge of FileNet architecture and dependencies
