Job description

• Technical/Functional Skills Test Management, Strategy, Planning, Automation, & Healthcare
• Experience Required 8+ Yrs.
• Roles & Responsibilities - Creates Testing Strategy & Plan
  • Ensure Project schedules and escalate any short falls to the stakeholders
  • Reviews all Project testing artifacts
  • Guides the Project Stakeholders on QA process and drives them.
  • Thought leadership and implement QA best practices
  • Report timely and maintain all standards defined as per policy
  • Defect management and manage defect triaging
  • Work closely with Business team to resolve any requirement issues and guide business team with the process on need basis
  • Mentor and guide the testing team members on testing process and standards
• Generic Managerial Skills Managing the tasks of the project testing team, Reporting, Thought leadership & Planning on team dynamics
