We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead specializing in Mental Health and Addictions to oversee and guide our dynamic team of professionals. Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership to a team of mental health and addiction professionals, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment. Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to best practices and organizational policies. Foster a client-centered approach by ensuring that team members deliver individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive mental health and addiction programs and initiatives. Conduct regular team meetings, trainings, and performance evaluations to support professional development and ensure the team's success. Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and consultation to team members, promoting their growth and enhancing service delivery. Stay up-to-date with current research, trends, and best practices in mental health and addiction treatment, and incorporate this knowledge into the team's practices. Establish and maintain effective relationships with community partners, agencies, and resources to enhance the continuum of care for clients. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services, implementing quality improvement measures as needed. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, ethical standards, and confidentiality protocols. Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Master's degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related disciplines.
- Licensure or certification as a mental health professional (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW) preferred.
- Extensive experience working in the field of mental health and addictions, with a solid understanding of evidence-based practices and treatment modalities.
- Proven leadership experience, including supervisory responsibilities and team management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Adherence to professional ethics and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
