We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead specializing in Mental Health and Addictions to oversee and guide our dynamic team of professionals. Responsibilities:
  • Provide strong leadership to a team of mental health and addiction professionals, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to best practices and organizational policies.
  • Foster a client-centered approach by ensuring that team members deliver individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive mental health and addiction programs and initiatives.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, trainings, and performance evaluations to support professional development and ensure the team's success.
  • Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and consultation to team members, promoting their growth and enhancing service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with current research, trends, and best practices in mental health and addiction treatment, and incorporate this knowledge into the team's practices.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with community partners, agencies, and resources to enhance the continuum of care for clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services, implementing quality improvement measures as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, ethical standards, and confidentiality protocols.
  • Qualifications:
    • Master's degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related disciplines.
    • Licensure or certification as a mental health professional (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW) preferred.
    • Extensive experience working in the field of mental health and addictions, with a solid understanding of evidence-based practices and treatment modalities.
    • Proven leadership experience, including supervisory responsibilities and team management.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Adherence to professional ethics and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
