Program Manager Principal
Location: Dorchester, MA
Duration:- Possibility of both extensions or full-time hire
Location:- Onsite (Hybrid model - 2-3 days a week)
Description of Work/Position:
In January 2020, a new North America Technology region was established in support of MEXUS objectives encompassing Mexico Bank, Santander US and SGT Mexico Hub. To realize MEXUS regional opportunities, The 2021-2024 NA Infrastructure Mexus Efficiency Plan has been created to deliver digital transformation, operational excellence and cost optimization. The plan is composed of 8 (eight) discrete initiatives for delivering benefits to the business and is aligned with Santander's digital transformation objectives.
This role is to provide analytical, financial, project management and stakeholder management support for the program.
2. Responsibilities
a. Collects, organizes, and analyzes data sets to draw conclusions to maximize efficiency of internal operational processes, to manage risk, and to position infrastructure to better serve constituents
b. Responsible for drawing insights from large sets of quantitative data. May use advanced analytics technologies, systems and software.
c. Works with cross organizational team to drive reporting and metrics alignment across multiple regions and entities.
d. Defines, drives and delivers automation initiatives, collaborating with technology leadership and subject matter experts across multiple countries and locations
e. Collaborates with project team to drive and monitor progress on cost optimization initiatives
f. Converts data into presentable, consumable information
g. Analyzes data and provides key summaries to stakeholders; review metrics to identify incongruous reporting and messaging
h. Supports technical leaders and help to keep project deliverables on time
3. Years of Experience
10+ years of experience in IT operations, financial management or project management in financial services technology
4. Language requirements
Spanish is a plus
