- Strong CC&B Technical expertise
- Minimum 8+ years extensive hands-on experience developing customizations for Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing ( CC&B ) 2.6 application
- Good knowledge on OUAF framework
Nice to have skills
- Managing the functional technical scope of Billing , Service order, payment and accounting, customer contact, metering to address Enhancement bug fixes in the current and to be upgraded version of Oracle Customer Care and Billing CCB product
- Incident investigation, triage, diagnosis and delivery of work around and resolutions. Interaction with core end users for requirement gathering for production issues or change requests that includes enhancements and interfaces. Analysis incidents service
