Reports to: Global End User Services Program Manager

Client's End User Services (EUS) organization is focused on driving and improving the end user experience globally thru technology programs, deliveries and innovative solutions. With an extreme focus on the end user and a drive for excellence, the organization owns the portfolio of end user technologies leveraged by Client resources to perform daily job functions. In this role the organization oversees activities that support new ways of working to help improve productivity and simplify the technology experience.

We are looking for a highly motivated program manager with experience managing large scale technology programs supporting the overall workspace experience. With Client offices reopening and real estate moves rapidly occurring a strong program manager is needed to coordinate all technology aspects.

Responsibilities include:
Working with internal and external stakeholders including: Network, Unified Communications, Deskside Support, Real Estate, Facilities Management and 3rd parties
Working with the business to gather requirements, define scope, ensure all stakeholders are identified and create resource plans that fully document all teams and individuals required to complete an initiative
Attending, coordinating and driving project meetings intended to identify, prioritize, manage and execute complex initiatives related to Branch Office moves and renovations to meet Client's Real Estate strategy
Coordinating move matrix completion with onsite business leaders
Managing telecom porting orders with carriers and internal teams
Facilitating and tracking shipment of gear (PC, printers, peripherals etc.) and ensuring site specific requirements are documented; Examples: COI requirements, loading dock, freight elevator, site specific limitations/requirements, etc.
Ensuring the required Asset Management and Disposal activities can be performed in a timely fashion; including dispatching resources to perform the tasks when required
Dispatching low voltage vendors for cabling
Communicating any changes with the business on the project
Creating communication plans to streamline the real estate process

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or minimum of ten years of relevant work experience.
Experience managing large scale Real Estate technology programs supporting the overall workspace experience
Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
Demonstration of strong program/project management skills with a proven track record of results
Experience leading complex programs requiring a high-level of stakeholder engagement across multiple organizations.
Collaborative leader with the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities simultaneously while using innovative ways to resolve issues and minimize risks
Excellent communication, collaboration skills and presentation skills
Strong platform experience with leading collaboration technologies and certifications are a plus.
Experience with wireless deployments and SDWAN is a plus
