Position Information

THE WASHOE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE is accepting applications for a Deputy District Attorney in the Criminal Division of the office. The Criminal Division prosecutes misdemeanor and felony offenses submitted by local, state, and federal agencies.

Minimum Qualifications

Equivalent to graduation from an ABA accredited law school and some experience in the practice of law.

License or Certificate

Current and valid license to practice law from the Nevada Supreme Court and membership in the State Bar of Nevada.

Possession of a valid driver's license.
