- This person will be responsible and accountable for successful end-to-end project delivery as measured by: On-Time, On-Budget, With Quality and Customer Satisfaction.
- Acts as a core team member on an Agile Team serving in both the Scrum Master and Delivery Lead roles
- Facilitate, train and guide Agile project teams (and extended team stakeholders) who may have little to no Agile experience
- General support for the project management and Agile practices advocated through BCBSM standards
- Qualifications

- Proven experience successfully managing complex IT initiatives/projects - 7 Years
- Proven experience successfully managing large teams of diverse resources - 7 Years
- Proven experience collaborating at the Director and VP level - 4 Years
- A take-charge approach and desire to remove project roadblocks, resolve issues and mitigate risks
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills with hands-on management of project execution. Able to achieve forward progress and maintain momentum in a complex project environment
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Able to review financial and schedule forecasts to identify potential issues and opportunities
- Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills with the ability to deliver complex messages and teach new concepts. Ability to work across various levels of the organization - from team discussions to executive level presentations.
- Excellent organizational skills including use of meeting agendas, minutes and other structured project management documentation.
- Previous experience in a Scrum Master and/or Product Owner role for at least one year with a project delivery team(s)
- Expertise in facilitating standard Agile functions and ceremonies required including but not limited to Scrum Planning, Story Mapping, Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, Backlog Grooming, Sizing/Agile Estimating, Review/Demo, Retrospective
- Possess thorough knowledge of PMI standards and terminology (including PMBOK)
- Successful record of Project Work Plan (resource, cost, and time) management
- Knowledge across multiple Agile frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.)
- Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team
- Previous experience as a collaborative leader
- Healthcare experience
- Experience with MS Project and JIRA tool or equivalents
- Education/Certifications - Include:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree preferred
- PMP certification preferred
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or equivalent preferred
