Staff Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Psychologist to join our team. As a Staff Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy to patients who are experiencing mental health issues. You will work alongside a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients in a variety of settings.
Responsibilities:

• Conducting individual and group therapy sessions to help patients manage their mental health conditions
• Developing and implementing treatment plans for patients based on their diagnoses and individual needs
• Providing psychoeducation to patients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
• Administering psychological tests and assessments to diagnose mental health conditions and monitor patient progress
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participating in clinical supervision and continuing education to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology
• Completion of an APA-accredited internship program
• Licensure as a psychologist in the state of practice
• Experience providing individual and group therapy to patients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
