Job Description
This position is responsible for all project coordination and oversight on the project. The MEP Project Manager will work closely with and support the construction management team. This position will ensure staff/trade personnel are hired, badged and performing in the assigned areas and on the necessary tasks. The position will also oversee and manage MEP systems to ensure systems are operating correctly, the timing of system shutoffs and redirection and all related matters. In addition, the MEP PM will be responsible for document control as well as managing and/or overseeing all administrative aspects of the overall project.
The MEP Project Manager is responsible for managing, field inspections, problem-solving, and coordinating all necessary Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection project resources and documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle. This includes the selection and management of MEP subcontractors, and the review, management, and administration of mechanical bid tabs/Exhibit Bs, MEP submittals, monthly MEP requisitions and change orders, and MEP contractor schedule/performance.The MEP Project Manager will display a high degree of professionalism, dependability, and desire to deliver results with a positive and helpful attitude. The position will also have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to cooperate and coordinate with several entities at the job site and the corresponding corporate offices.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Setting up and tracking project documents
- Overseeing labor, carpentry/carpenters and workforce for the project
- Overseeing/oversight on MEP functions and other related job functions and responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the preparation and responses for all contract documentation, including subcontract agreements, purchaser orders, change orders, request for information, etc.
- Ensure the coordination for team document reviews
- Implement and manage document control procedures
- Other responsibilities as requested or required for this position
- Work closely with the DFW Airport team
This position is a full-time position for the duration of the project.
