Product Manager/Owner
Dorchester, MA
6 Months Contract to Hire
Product Manager Owns the Product and is responsible for the overall Product strategy, vision, roadmap, and support of the product
Creates business cases to get funding for new features / improvements to the product
Works with UX to assess customer needs and determine how to deliver value to our customers
Works closely with the Value Stream Managers to incorporate their epics and features into the overall product roadmap
Ensures Product Owners understand the vision and epics to write stories
Works with the Run the Bank and BCO teams to ensure ongoing support, incident management, vendor management, etc.
Works with partners to launch & ensure alignment and meet business goals
NIce-to-Have Overview:
o More than specific skills, experience and attitude is more important for this role.
o Previous experience with taking an idea (feature, product or business) from concept to reality, including research, business case development, securing funding and launching, scaling.
o Experience in analyzing product performance data, coming up with opportunities for improvement.
o Experience with application of 'test and learn' method.
