1. Experience in handling multiple marketing relating projects in a large retail/ecommerce organization of bestbuy, Walmart, and other large retail organizations as part of larger transformation
2. Worked very intensely with marketing Automation Systems like Eloqua, data projects, marketing projects etc.
3. This project includes driving consolidation of Eloqua instances in alignment with Salesforce.com migrations, optimizing integrations with Salesforce.com in support of key business needs, and rationalizing / creating an integrated MarTech stack go-to-market needs
4. t least 7 to 10 years of experience handling development projects
5. Maturity, conviction and of course good communication skills
6. Good technical acumen on development/deployment
7. bility to handle multiple projects with dependencies.
8. Should understand the end to end project context - BRD to deployment/releases in an Agile environment with standup meetings, releases etc.
9. Should have familiarity with the landscape that has SAP, Salesforce products along with surrounding products like Apttus, AEM, etc, and should be familiar with how these technologies manifest in a landscape.
10. Reporting to a Senior Director, Quick learner and self-starter
11. Project reporting is key
12. bility to work with large set of stakeholders and manage their expectations
13. ssertive to push the contributing teams on their commitments. Leverage relationship and escalations.
14. Excellent verbal and written communication in facilitating conversations, status meetings, status reporting
15. Solid project management skills (Roadmaps, project plans, RACI, RAID)
16. Must be thorough and be able to drive the projects in Agile project environment
17. Release management
