Project Manager

Position Summary: This position is responsible for assisting with the training and guidance of Technician II, Jr Project Managers and young Project Managers within the group. In addition, the Project Manager Lead will be responsible for project management as well as hands on installation of Zenner products and systems primarily in North America.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience
• Must have at least 5 years' experience in project management of AMI systems
• Must have successfully field installed and maintained fixed network AMI systems
• Must have experience working with sub-contractors.
• Must have good communications skills.
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft project and Excel
• Bilingual Spanish and English a plus

Project management, installing and maintaining Zenner AMI systems

Project Management Lead, responsible for training Tech II, Jr. Project managers and young project managers on the proper installation and service of Zenner equipment and systems.

20%

Provide high end installation, troubleshooting and repairs while maintaining quality assurance on Zenner's entire product line.

10%

Regularly assists customers, resellers and Zenner sales personnel with product support to solve operating problems through telephone communication or field visits

5%

Conducts technical training programs with resellers and customers as required

5%

Prepares technical reports for customers and management as required

5%

All other duties as assigned
