JOB DESCRIPTION:
K2VIEW is seeking a Technical Account Manager to oversee and address our Account's technical needs. If you are a tech-savvy professional with software integration (SI) experience, that enjoys getting into the details and requirements with a CXO level audience, you will want to take a look at this opportunity. This role interacts with global customers and multiple departments within K2View, including sales, business development, product management, delivery and engineering
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Act as the technical trusted advisor of the account representing K2VIEW's products, architecture, design and solutions
  • Identify, document and articulate the business/technical requirements during the full life cycle for the customer (qualification, proposal, post-sale transition, implementation and support)
  • Establish and maintain a positive client relationship
  • Serve as K2VIEW's technical/product subject matter expert
  • Lead technical presentations of K2VIEW's products to customers
  • Champion customers, understand their needs, while ensuring that external commitments always align with K2VIEW's suite of products capabilities
  • Discover opportunities to improve K2VIEW product and present additional service offerings to address customer needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 7-10 years of experience
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience, Computer Science is preferred
  • Previous Technical Account Management/Sales Engineering in the software industry
  • Proven success interacting, communicating, and presenting technical concepts in a customer facing role, to technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills
  • Possess the ability to architect solutions and solve technical challenges
  • Ability to travel 30-50%

  • Ability to communicate a design and implementation of software systems including relevant strengths/weaknesses and reasons for implementation decisions.
