Change Management - Communications Lead
Primarily responsible for areas like - formulating Organizational Change Strategy, Stakeholder Management, Sponsor establishment, Communications Management, Training Management, Gap Assessment, Risk and Resistance Management, Managing Change and Sustaining Change throughout the Organization
Preferred SAP Experience - Has good working knowledge of Change Management for SAP RISE or S/4 HANA or similar. Understands and is familiar with SAP Upgrade roadmaps and the SAP Activate Methodology.
Work actively on Change Communication, including building and maintaining content for both client assignments and the change practice, not limited to mailers, brochures, newsletters, training guides, flipbooks etc. Actively conducting and enabling Change Workshops and build Advocacy networks.
Building communication collateral including all promotional communication, practice communication, working with the design team, generating ideas for visualizations, infographics etc.
Strategizing and designing Change Management Interventions using Tech Mahindra's Proprietary C4 Framework, Tools, techniques and templates.
Guiding and hand holding the stakeholders to walk through the change process by way of timely and effective communication - using the right channel of communication.
Ensuring proper change governance and escalation throughout the change period, cohesively working with client partners and stakeholders.
Managing human aspects of change like impacted stakeholders' level of change awareness, desire to support change, active or passive resistance, addressing What is in it for me (WIIFM)?, training impacted end users on new ways of working, measuring user adoption to change, and reinforcing change.
