Job Description

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering or other Information Technology related degree or equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of performance testing strategies and techniques is preferred
• Five to seven years of progressive post-baccalaureate industry experience designing, implementing, and delivering software using Service Orientated Architecture methodology.
• Four years of programming experience with technologies such as Python, C#, Java, C , SQL
• Passion for developing well-engineered software products
• Must possess demonstrable knowledge of software design patterns, data structures and modern programming techniques
• Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong design, coding and debugging skills in Java and/or C#
• Experience working with web technologies including HTML 5, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and JSON.
• Demonstrate track record of delivering big, complex, and business-impacting projects on time with no supervision.
• Demonstrate proficiency in developing/delivering multi-system business solutions.
• Influence technical direction of team and establish strategies for achieving individual or team goals and remove barriers to effective collaboration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Top Three Technical Requirements:
