Job Description

Jumio is looking for an experienced product marketer who is passionate, strategic, and customer-obsessed to join our marketing team. You'll drive the positioning and marketing for product launches for B2B enterprise audiences and the partners who serve them, and will ideate and implement marketing programs to drive awareness, adoption and growth.

To do so, you'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams from sales, product management, demand generation, content strategy, external PR firms, as well as partners and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working closely with a product organization, and will be comfortable leading and collaborating with both creative and technical teams. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Jumio's roadmap through competitive insight, product positioning, go-to-market strategies and the execution of key launches that push our brand forward.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with a cross-functional team of product managers, marketers, and salespeople to build and launch products globally - from initial market validation, positioning & messaging, to go-to-market strategy and launch execution
  • Own user and product insights: Go deep on understanding Jumio and how users engage across our online identity verification solutions
  • Build data-driven, actionable insights that inform product strategy
  • Innovate on our go-to-market approach, for example:
  • Partner with our global marketing managers to test new channels to increase engagement and / or drive customer acquisition
  • Define new packages and narratives to drive growth and engagement
  • Develop sales enablement strategies including training and customer/partner assets
  • Identify and prioritize new areas of opportunity to amplify member and customer engagement
  • Incorporate market and competitive understanding so Jumio makes the right decisions
  • Research global government regulations impacting the identity verification space
  • Perform in-depth competitive analysis to better understand the strengths and weaknesses of existing and emerging competitive threats
  • Run effective launch marketing campaigns to drive buzz and adoption for the products you build
  • Design and refine marketing strategies to drive feature usage and positive business outcomes
  • Work with your team to drive highly impactful programs. You will partner with a high-performing cross-functional team that includes counterparts in Product Management, Marketing and Sales
  • Support partner promotions, brand campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.

Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree
  • 4+ years of relevant requisite experience
  • GSD mindset
  • Experience as a product marketing manager in a B2B organization (ideally within a SaaS, cloud or online security service company)
  • Proven track record of developing, executing and scaling high impact, multi-channel go-to-market efforts for B2B solutions
  • Direct product marketing experience with a track record of driving rapid growth of innovative technologies
  • Experienced in lifecycle marketing strategy and execution
  • Ability to work autonomously, focusing on key outcomes amidst competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Be a good co-worker and colleague that believes in collaboration and is open to others point of view
  • Understanding of the digital identity industry, the key buyer and influencer personas and their underlying needs
  • Experience performing in-depth market and competitive analysis


Qualifications

Requirements:
