The company's product portfolio includes system-aware semiconductor integrated circuits, boards, and services to enable robust CXL, PCIe, and Ethernet connectivity.

This position belongs to the Global Business Operations, which has in scope the planning of die, capacity and materials required for Assembly and Test operations for all products. The forecasting horizons range from Tactical execution (daily) to Strategic Long Range Planning (5yrs) as encompassed by weekly Out of Cycle requests, monthly Build Plan Reset, Monthly Mid-Range Planning and Quarterly Long Range Planning.

The position requires a dynamic and self-motivated team member, the right candidate will demonstrate keen knowledge of semiconductor capacity planning. The strategic mindset will support the collaboration and transformation of the supply chain processes.

Success in this role requires strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes and industry-leading practices; excellent cross-functional leadership capability; success in influencing a wide spectrum of stakeholders.

Other Job Responsibilities
  • Integration and coordination of the active WIP supply, which includes subs, die and AT capacity.
  • Drive strategies across organizations to ensure the materials and finished goods supply meets the build plan requirements and inventory goals.
  • Integrate information across the organization and ensure single voice and data integrity across the functions.
  • Drive and influence issue resolution across supply chain processes and tools using data to drive decisions.
  • Apply modeling and other methods to gather and interpret data and to recommend new mechanisms and processes.

Minimum Qualification
  • Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline. Masters / MBA will be a plus.
  • 5+ years Semiconductor Supply Chain experience in a combination of Supply Planning, Data analytics, Manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
