Job Description:

• Management, development and maintenance of Decision Support database
• Validate, QC, aggregate data for analysis
• Create and maintain RFM segmentation
• Work with Data Solutions team to recommend data enhancements
• Create automated procedure in SQL to automate data updates, reports and dashboards
• Creating monthly/weekly/daily dashboards and variance reports
• Provide ad hoc analysis
• Run monthly model scoring updates
• Work with marketers to fix campaign data issues.
• Identifying, analyzing and interpreting business trends, risks, and opportunities and making appropriate recommendations to marketing managers
• Plus, other interesting and challenging tasks that may arise to contribute to the success of Healthy Directions

This opportunity might be for you if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in database management, development and maintenance
• Expertise with SQL programming
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/business or related field
• Direct-to-consumer marketing experience
• Strong knowledge of Excel formulas, macros and pivot tables
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
